The 6S management needs to be implemented very day in order to achieve safe and efficient production, to be specific, tidying up the raw and processed materials in workshop, reorganizing the production schedule and the production arrangement list, cleaning the production tools and machines, improving the staff’s self-discipline, training them from time to time, and raising their safety awareness. Thanks to the concrete, proper and practical application of 6S, we FDG has successfully put the production work in order, minimized the rate of emergency and granted our staff with an efficient working process in an enjoyable environment, also created an excellent team with knowledgeable management skills to improve the quality of the work.
